HOW I STARTED THE COFFEE MUM AND HER SENSORY BABES

The Coffee Mum was born from the inspiration of my three young boys, who are deeply passionate about Sensory Play. My journey into baby stimulation began when my eldest was merely an infant, and I committed myself to his education and stimulation. After discovering sensory play, I never turned back. I constantly innovate and create new ways to teach my little boys and soon my little girl, using taste-safe ingredients. I find joy in shaping and designing images with an array of lentils, dyed rice, and chickpeas.

Participating in this activity has filled me with great happiness, and my wish to share this joy with others inspired the birth of The Coffee Mum and her Sensory Babes. I have put together small kits containing lentils, playdough, and various loose parts. This allows you, as a busy parent, to effortlessly pour and engage in play.

My goal is to share a glimpse of our sensory joy with you!

At The Coffee Mum, we prioritize using only the finest, high-quality, taste-safe ingredients. Each item in our cosy Sensory Workshop is crafted by hand, infused with love, care, and a focus on your child’s safety. Our ingredients include a variety of items such as pink lentils, dyed chickpeas, and rice, among others. The sensation of these grains slipping through your fingers offers a remarkable sensory experience. We incorporate numerous age-appropriate loose parts to enrich both the experience and playtime. Personally, I find that it helps us relax and enjoy our moments together. Meet The Team

We are a close-knit, hands-on family team, led by myself, Taskeen. I am responsible for developing and designing your play sessions, visiting your location to set everything up, engaging in conversation with you and your children about our sensory play, and handling the cleanup so you can unwind. Furthermore, I craft handmade Sensory Kits, inspired by my own children.
